Heyday Return Policy

Online + In-Store

Heyday is pleased to offer a new return policy. Like our in-store policy, we want you to be happy with your Heyday purchase. All online returns can be made in-store, please bring your order confirmation with you.

If you are not local to Bozeman, please follow the steps below.

Domestic Returns

    We are able to accept items in resellable condition. We kindly ask that tags are still attached. Heyday is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in customer’s possession. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on body care items, skin care items (glo, skin tools, lotions and more), or packaged food.

    Heyday has a 30 day return or exchange policy for online orders. Once your item is received at our store, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. You will receive a refund email for your item, minus the cost of the return label. If you have any questions please reach out to our e-commerce manager at online.heyday@gmail.com​. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued once your package has arrived at our store.

Domestic Exchanges

    We are happy to help with a size exchange for apparel. Due to our limited stock, there may be a chance that your item is no longer in-stock or on order. Have no fear, we are always available to check our inventory and help you choose another option.

International Returns/Exchanges

Due to the Coronavirus, Heyday has suspended international sales. At this time we do not offer exchanges to internationally shipped items. We would be happy to refund your item once returned back to our store if you would like to return.

Upon arrival we will issue your original payment card the refund, minus the shipping label cost.
