Return and Refund Policy
Online + In-store Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of your purchase, provided that they meet the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be in resellable condition.
- Any original tags must still be attached.
- Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of dust and hair.
- We do not accept returns of food or body care items for health and safety reasons.
- Sale collection items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We are NOT responsible for damages made to the product in the customer’s possession. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us.
TO START YOUR ONLINE RETURN:
Once you have read all of our return policy, please email us with your order number and the name, size, quantity, and return reason for each of the items you would like to return. We will then issue a complimentary pre-paid return label. Please package the return in a similar box or sleeve to the original order packaging to avoid shipping overage charges.
Once you have mailed your return back to us, please allow 3-5 business days for processing once the package has been marked as delivered. We will inspect the item(s) and determine if a full refund will be issued or if any restocking fees will be assessed. We reserve the discretionary right to follow the above return policy and either accept or refuse the return upon receipt.
Once a return is created, you have 30 days to ship the item(s) back to us, or the return label will be voided.
Returns can also be made in-store, with the same 60-day window and item condition requirements stated above. Please also provide proof of purchase for in-store returns. Returns will be made at the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Return Policy
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Original receipt is required for full refund. Returned merchandise must be unused and have original tags attached.
- Sale shelf merchandise, food items, and gift cards are final sales and not eligible for return.
Online Exchanges
- Due to constant inventory changes we are unable to provide exchanges.
- We ask that you start a return and place a new order if you are needing to exchange your item(s).
- If you received a discount on your original order, please make a note of that when you email us about your return.
