We want you to be happy with your purchase. We're happy to accept online returns in-store or using our online returns portal.

We are able to accept items in resellable condition. We kindly ask that tags are still attached. Heyday is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in customer’s possession. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on body care items or packaged food.

We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Please use our returns portal to submit your return request, and once approved you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back.
