Complete our Request for Donation Form. CLICK HERE to print the form. Fill it out and email it to us for consideration.

Please note, the completed form must be submitted for approval 30 days prior to pick up date.

Due to the many amazing non-profit organizations in our valley, we receive an extremely high volume of requests each day and unfortunately are unable to respond to each one.Our team will be in touch directly with you if we would like to participate.

In the case of sponsorships and partnerships, additional meetings may be necessary.
