TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Program Overview
The Heyday In-Store Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Heyday to reward customers for qualifying in-store purchases. Participation is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility & Enrollment

  • The Rewards Program is available to individual customers making qualifying in-store purchases.
  • Enrollment is free.
  • Customers must provide a first name, last name and valid email to enroll.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled customer.

Earning Rewards

  • Customers earn one (1) $20 reward for every $200 spent on qualifying in-store purchases. Gift card purchases are NOT included in reward accrual.
  • Rewards are earned only on eligible merchandise and may exclude certain items or promotions, as determined by Heyday.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Reward Issuance & Availability

  • Earned rewards will be automatically added to the customer’s rewards account.
  • Rewards are typically available for use after the qualifying purchase is completed.
  • Heyday is not responsible for rewards not credited due to system errors or incomplete customer information, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues when notified.

Reward Redemption

  • Only one (1) $20 reward may be redeemed per transaction.
  • Rewards may be redeemed toward qualifying in-store purchases only.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with certain other discounts or promotions, as determined by Heyday.
  • Rewards must be presented or identifiable at the time of purchase to be redeemed.
  • Unused rewards remain in the customer’s account until redeemed or expired.

Reward Expiration

  • Rewards earned on or after March 1, 2026 will expire six (6) months from the date they are earned.
  • All rewards earned prior to March 1, 2026 are grandfathered and do not expire.
  • Expired rewards will be automatically removed from the customer’s account and cannot be reinstated.

Returns & Adjustments

  • If a purchase that earned a reward is returned, the corresponding reward may be removed or adjusted.
  • If a reward was redeemed on a returned purchase, the reward value may be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns are subject to Heyday’s standard return policy.

Program Changes & Termination

  • Heyday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time, including changes to earning rates, expiration periods, or redemption rules.
  • Any material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.
  • Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their rewards balance and expiration dates.
  • Heyday is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused rewards.
  • Abuse of the Rewards Program, including fraud or misuse, may result in termination of participation and forfeiture of rewards.

Privacy

  • Information collected as part of the Rewards Program will be handled in accordance with Heyday’s Privacy Policy.
  • Customer information will not be sold and is used solely to administer the Rewards Program and related communications.

General Conditions

  • Rewards are not transferable.
  • Rewards may not be resold.
  • Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
