Instructions: Steep 1.5 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 200°F water for 3 minutes, longer if adding milk and/or sweetener.

This herbal tisane is packed with relaxant herbs thought to be good for soothing muscle aches and headaches, relieving digestive tension and sore throat, and offering antidepressant properties. It is a naturally sweet treat that is great for evenings, with an aroma of spearmint wintergreen, and fruit.
