Poppy & Pout has been making their lip balms by hand in Idaho since 2014. They only use 100% natural ingredients, never test on animals and package their balms in recyclable cardboard tubes. Their simple ingredients make for some of the prettiest, softest, and most yummy-scented lip products we've ever used. Made and based in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
