The 2024 International Women’s Day is March 8. This year, the month is dedicated to the message Inspire Inclusion. This theme is named for a time, when now more than ever, women need to understand the value of inclusion as we forge a better world. Because, when a woman has inclusion, she has a since of belonging, relevance and empowerment.

International Women’s Month is a worldwide call to action, inspiring various activities aimed at accelerating progress towards gender parity. For Heyday, it creates an opportunity for women-owned businesses, like ours, to provide awareness and uplift women by celebrating achievement and raising visibility.

Another part of the International Women’s Month mission is for like-minded partners to create fundraising and collaboration with organizations who support women. For the past four years, Heyday has focused our efforts in highlighting and sharing the stories of the many talented women in our very own community of makers, community members, neighboring businesses, leaders and our own team of brilliant women. This year, we’re thrilled to empower women on and off the slopes, as we join forces with the nonprofit Women of Winter, championing women's empowerment in the great outdoors.

For the month of March, 100% of proceeds from the sale of our exclusive Ski Like a Girl socks. The donation will directly support Women of Winter’s scholarship initiative and will advance their mission of fostering diversity and inclusion within the ski community.
